I am currently having a issue where I am unable to left click anything in the game. I am able to move a character, and I can load them by double clicking the character name, but anything else from the moment I launch the game is completely inaccessible. If I open the skill tree and try to click anywhere on it, it will remain in a stuck state where I am constantly scrolling no matter where I move my mouse. If I hit escape and try to leave/exit the game, nothing happens. If I open the map and try to click any of the tabs in the top, nothing happens. I have tried: restarting the game, restarting the client, restarting my computers, scan&repair tool, and finally reinstalling the entire game and the problem is still not solved. I was doing completely fine and then I hit lvl 17 and left the quest line where you learn more about Lillith’s lore, I got back to Kyovished and the problem has been here since then. I can only find 1 identical problem online in a reddit thread, but it has no resolution so I’m at my wits end. Please help.

I have had this happen to me especially after Alt tabbing to view discord. I’d tab back in and can’t activate skills by pressing keys or by left clicking buttons but I can move.
Did you find a fix? I have tried everything I can think of.
Nope i just left the server and reconnected that fixed it for me

Had it also couple times.
No Idea what triggers it.
But it always happend in at the border of a town.
Only thing that worked was exit and relog.
An update seems to have come in that resolved the issue.
Do you have a controller/joystick plugged in besides the keyboard?

I’m getting this issue too. Hasn’t been fixed and can’t figure out what causes it.
Also getting this issue. I’m able to use motions and left click move but do nothing else. Can not figure out what causes this issue but leaving to char select and coming back fixes it, however as you can imagine this can be very bad, for instance last time it happened during a world event and when i came back i was in a different world shard that failed the event.
My skills 3, 4 left and right click wasn’t working after some deliberating i found out that i took my main weapon off into my invertory as soon as equiped it, working now
I have the same problems since about 3-4 days. Do you guys know more about it in the meantime?
The problem gets fixed if you hit the space bar. But this is not a FIX, whatever is causing it needs to be looked into.
Blizzard needs to stop reinventing stuff that has worked for decades.
Unpluging my controller worked for me
