While playing on Steam version of Diablo IV, I am unable to whisper to players, invite them to party, or trade them.
I can be invited to party, but cannot do this myself.
My battle.net account is linked, cross-play is enabled, and in by battle.net profile settings, private messages is set to “Everyone”.
When I try to whisper to someone, it says they are offline, even if they are online.
