I killed the boss before this part. Walk up to the part where I need to “Inspect Lilith’s Blood Petals”. I click my inspect button and nothing happens. I tried this twice (once with and without skipping scenes), and I am still unable to get past this point.

UPDATE:
I went to the kitchen to make myself a sandwich and when i came back the red emblem on the floor was clickable and i could continue. Maybe wait until all red petals fall to the floor?

I saw a reddit post where someone tried again and it worked. This did not work for me unfortunately
It happened to me just now. I solved it by running all the way out to the “Central Chamber” and going back to the “Balance’s Sanctum” where the corpse of Rathma was, and the blood petal was highlighted and click-able.
Had the same issue on my barb,. NOT on my Rogue or Sorc.
tried to do want Rikimaru did above, didnt help.
waited for 10mins, still nothing.
Untracked the quest, then retracked it. THIS worked.
I played next day and did the whole quest all over again. Did not skip any cutscenes or conversations. This seems to have worked
Happened to me when i skipped the cut scene.
running back and forth for ten minutes, didnt help.
untrack and track back didnt help.
Zoned out to black lake, didnt helped.
logged out and had to play the last part of the quest again
I tried the tips above except for logging out. What worked for me was using town teleport then selecting different quest and zoning back in through teleport. When zoning in the quest auto-tracked and the corpse was clickable.
