I have been playing Diablo 4 since its release this morning and have completed beyond the main question required for a mount. I am currently progressing though act IV main story quests and have no act III left. When I try to get the quest to receive a mount I still revive the message “Limited Access; complete Mount Donanas Favor to gain access”. Is this a bug? Have I done something wrong? My battlenet ID is Conduct#11722.

ive had the same issue i played for a few hours got rolled back with quest but kept my items an levels just got rolled back in quest -.- please let us know blizzard
I now have been rolled back about 4 hours of main story progress. I am back to the mount quest and all my other questing progress is gone. I have maintained all items and levels that I gained. What is going on?
Same issue here. I did my quests in an odd order, but I’m on act 4 and the quest isn’t available.
Completed act 3 in a party before I individually completed act 2. Left party and completed act 2 and am now UNABLE to get a mount or complete Donan’s Favor.

So i tried advancing the quest line - and advancing it seemed to roll back the quest to teh sightless eye with Taissa and then send me BACK to Kyovashad and allowed me to get my mount.
how did you roll it back? i have the exact same scenario of events

Similar issue, thought I would be able to fix it by completing whatever was missed (act 2), but no… and it won’t even let me put a ticket in. Anyone get this fixed?
