While fighting the elites that surrounded the 2nd door latch that I needed to unlock to enter the door to the second part of dungeon - I died. I then was respawned on the other side of the door. I can not go back at this point because door/gate is locked. I then went and cleared the rest of the dungeon thinking maybe nbd and will still complete. I killed 4 of the 5 blood boils(i did not realize there were 5 and only killed 4). I then left the dungeon and came back hoping by releasing the latch and opening the locked gate it would register as dungeon completed. Instead, i opened the door, killed the last boil and now still need to destroy 4 blood boils which no longer exist. So I cannot complete this dungeon run.

Same thing just happened to me. Spot on description.
Exact same thing happened to me. Should have ported out of the dungeon and came back in the entrance instead of destroying quest objective. Lesson learned I guess.
Just got the exact same bug on a tier 18, got killed on the second latch and sent back behind the locked door, cleared the rest of the dungeon but couldn’t complete it after going back from the entrance.
I died at the west/left switch and spawned past the door, before I could trigger the switch, stopping me from going back to the switch without exiting. I cleared the area of all enemies and exited the dungeon. I threw the second switch, and entered the second section of the dungeon. It said I had to clear all 5 blood boils, even though I cleared all enemies/boils.

I had this exact problem but killed all of them. Cleared the entire floor.
lvl 60, tier 19. Quest objective didin’t update and here I am sad to have spent way too much time in here for almost nothing.
