I am unable to find a crafting material (crushed beast bones) I need to upgrade my healing potion, it can be done at lvl 30, I am soon lvl 40. I have killed many mobs of the kind that can drop it, and even been targeting the type of enemy (beasts) like werewolves, kahzra etc without finding it. I have 4/5 so I am missing only one. Needless to say it is getting increasingly harder to progress as my healing pots are stuck at lvl 20.

I got 3 them, then they stopped dropping… been 2 days now
I’m having the same problem; I have 2/5 and no more for hours. Not only that, but the one Boss/Elite that is supposed to drop them isn’t spawning. I waited an hour and he never showed.
Come on Blizzard; throw us a bone… preferably some Crushed Beast ones…??

Cant find any Crushed beast bones, only have 3/5, tried lot of youtube videos, 0 bones in cellars and the bosses are not spawning, whats going on? any solution?..
Just clear the Infested cellar from Nevesk a bunch of times, you’ll get the materials from the chest (20% chance per try)

Got the same problem! Just go to the infested cottage in Nevesk, north east of the waypoint. Made it just again, and got 5 new crushed beast bones

Ive watched youtube vids and tried to camp that beast spawn, killed hours of werewolves etc. This is the only thing that worked. I had to leave game three times before the infested cellar dropped. 4 beast bones.

Go to the “under the fat goose inn” teleport in Scosglen and go due east towards the Whispering Pines dungeon. There’s two “bumps” upwards into the mountains that define that region of the zone. First one just West of the dungeon has an NPC that is hard level 35 (maybe more if you’re 35+) but does not fight back. I killed it on a pulverize druid at 29. It guaranteed drops 5 bones (at least until they nerf it). Found that tip on a YouTube video

This is the way. Spent all day looking for 2x Crushed Beast Bones. Went back(I think it is called Infested Cottege) to the north east(East road out of Nevesk, then north just after the Lilith Alter) and got 4 in the span of 10 minutes.

I can second this and can add some information. For me Crushed Beast Bones have also stopped dropping a while ago (around 3-5 days ago) at 3 bones. However this is in my ETERNAL realm only. My HARDCORE realm characters farm them like crazy and have no problem whatsoever in finding the drops. I have around 150 now on my HC realm. I hope that adds to the solution ! – Just a thought, perhaps the bug has something to do with dying and resurrecting ? Just a guess.
UPDATE: They drop again ! That was a quick fix !
