Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV (Code 315306) on PS5 still. Tried reinstall, restart and platinum purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t even make a ticket on the page either for some reason it won’t get to the form when selecting console I just get redirected to the forum
Im also having this issue, can’t figure out how to get it sorted out.
I’ve tried everything as well. To no avail.
I was able to login and play with very few issues minus a few bugs here and there.
Then I decided to link my Battle.net to my PSN account and haven’t been able to get in since. I’ve tried all the work-around fixes and nothing has worked.
So do we now contact PS for a refund of Diablo 4?
