Prior to this error i got an ingame message top left corner saying “Reconnecting to diablo IV…” , restarted the game and now i can’t get past the first login screen. No issues with internet connection obviously.

Same here. Guessing they are having issues with servers. Happend earlier today too.

On console, got booted after the world boss and the game locked up. In login it doesn’t even try to queue…just does nothing when trying to login
Same thing, although no error. Just a blank screen after press any key to continue.

For me, i start having this issue when WoW went into maintenance at 01:30, an hour ago. Probably they are doing maintenance for battle.net too, but not everyone is affected. It kinda sucks, as i literally can’t play either wow or d4 :<
They are doing maintenance from 1:30 to 6:30 look on battle.net is saying the game will be off during that time.
I have bean getting 5 diffrent error code now on Eu server and playing on Ps5…Wonder wtf is going on…And bean 160min in Que and 2min in que and new error code the the The operation was cancled.Code 300010…Wonder what is next…
Thank god i thought it was just me ! Maintenance isnt until tomorrow so i was panicking thinking something had broken.

It’s been over an hour since these issues started, why haven’t they been sorted yet? And given that players can’t get on the game they paid for I would at least expect an acknowledgement from the Blizzard team that they are dealing with this.
Same. When I launch D4 I get the error: Unable to connect to Battle.net. Please check your network settings. (Code 1016)
I can launch Overwatch 1 er I mean Overwatch 2 just fine, along with WoW Classic.

PS5 player here . I teleported to a town for doing Legions … Loading Screen turned Black waited for about 3 minutes then I closed the Game since then (1 1/2 hours) I’m unable to login into the Game …

I’m facing the same issue on PS5 with error code 1703. I tried a full re-install still no joy. I know maintenance isn’t until tomorrow, so I guess it’s something else. I have friends that are still in the game and have had 0 issues. So frustrating!
Until 6:30 battle net services maintenance Bro. Later another maintenance, but this time game itself.
