Unable to complete "The sacred Hunt"

I am stuck on the quest The sacred hunt on the step “Speak to takra the Emissary”. The step has a checkmark but no further progress can be made. And i cant talk to the NPC

I am a level 60 spiritborn and have completed every other campaign quest already.

I am also unable to abandon the quest and retry it as it is a feature quest.

This makes the game incredibly difficult as the class quest is build-defining.

Exactly the same situation here. Please fix it, Blizzard! (PS5)

Try resetting the dungeon, that worked for me.

So is there no way to get around this? I’ve reset dungeons, changed difficulty, re logged, reset PC, nothing. This dumbass NPC script is just sitting here broken

i created a 2nd character that a friend powerleveled to 60 in pits. It is impossible to play a spiritborn without the class quest completed.

I am Sprit Born 50. I completed all the steps and was trying to Kill the Boss. Left game before finishing. Track to the steps is still there but no way to re-enter the spirit realm.
I am using Xbox x. Please advise.
