progressing through the battlepass and I’m currently on tier 36. For some reason I am unable to claim the gloves from tier 30. clicked on it countless times and nothing happens. I’ve checked my wardrobe to see if i had the transmog thinking it may just be a visual bug but the transmog isn’t there.
Same for me at tier 4.
I suffer from the same symptoms.
I am currently at Tier 36, but I am not receiving the COLDIRON HEADSMAN that I should have received at Tier 26.
I have received all the ones after that…
Same issue for me the gloves are not showing up even after checking on other characters.
Did you try restarting the Battle.net app?
I have no clue why but this fixed it thank you!
In my case restarting the app didn’t fix it.
This issue is still unresolved and continues…
I got a similar problem with the Coldiron Headsman (2h axe) I can’t claim them.
Only options I get are ‘inspect’ and ‘buy Tier’.
The following Tiers (up untill I currently am and respecting lvl restrictions) I could claim.
Tryed the restart of Battle.net and it didn’t work for me.
Also restarting pc didn’t solve the issue.
In short I can’t claim reward Tier 26.
Tried your suggestion to restard the app… no luck for me. I hasn’t changed anything.
for me its tier 10, restarting the app didn’t fix anything

I can’t claim Coldiron Headsman either.
just a little update I have finished the entire battlepass but im still unable to claim the cosmetic gloves from teir 30…

I cannot claim item at tier 30, the coldiron gloves. Very sad, as I really would like to have those. I have tier 31. My specific situation - I was working through the capstone dungeon for with my wife (my 2nd time through it) and got Tier 30 and 31 completed while in there. Moved to WT3 before going to claim them. WHen i tried to claim them, NEITHER had the yellow marker in the upper right to indicate that I could claim them even though the XP bar was full on both and into Tier 32. I then went and completed a season journey. Upon completing the season journey, tier 31 was suddenly able to be claimed, but Tier 30 remains unable to claim. This has now continued for the last 24 horus and I can’t find a way to get it to become available.
At least after a week Blizzard has taken the time to acknowledge this problem… Oh wait, they haven’t? Surely that can’t be right?

All jokes aside, WHERE IS THE RESPONSE BLIZZ?
If this continues we should probably just submit for a refund as services paid for were not provided.
