Unable to claim seasonal rewards

Over all I like the new seasonal reward layout… the sub rewards are laid out in a decent UI. But something is preventing me from collecting the sub-chapter rewards until I complete the entire chapter.

I’ve finished 2 of the “sub chapter” rewards in Chapter 2 but can’t claim one of them despite the UI clearly showing it’s available to be claimed. This also happed with Chapter 1. I was able to claim the first “sub chapter” reward but couldn’t claim the rest until I got into Chapter 2. Then all the rewards came at the same time.

This seems broken. Why say they’re available to be claimed if they’re locked behind the chapter completion?

Update: I completed chapter 2 but can’t claim some of the rewards.

I am experiencing the same issue. I am unable to claim rewards for Chapters 2 and 3.

Hi there,

i had the same issue. Don’t click on the Reward itself (the Wodden box with “reward” above) - Instead click anywhere inside that window, if that makes sense. I got my rewards like this, after i was unable to click on the specific reward icon.
