The option to change world tiers just entirely is not showing up. I have completed the entire main quest line and neither the statue or the main menu show the option for me to change world tiers
its not about the main quest. You need to go to Cerrigar and do the pit to advance in world tier difficulties. Tier 25 for torment 1 and on up.
