I completed the pit of the artificer level 20, but I’m still unable to unlock torment tier 1. No amount of rebooting or restarting the game resolves anything.
So given this issue, and another issue with the end of the campaign in which it appears I’m in an infinite loop I can’t get out of, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app on my xbox. Now I’m getting messages that I haven’t purchased the Vessel of Hatred and can’t access areas in Nahantu I’ve already been to. For the record, I purchased the Deluxe edition and it was working just fine since the start of the season.
This is ridiculous. If I can’t access end-game content, and if I can’t complete the campaign, this game is not worth the money I paid.
I’d really appreciate it if someone would read this message and be able to help me. I really like Diablo 4, but these issues are becoming a deal-breaker for me if not resolved.
