I purchased the ultimate edition of the vessel of hatred expansion and did not receive any of the other bonus, cosmetics or platinum. I only got the expansion please help.

Same here, very unimpressed, be the last thing I buy game wise I think now ..
Same. I’m on PlayStation. I can’t claim any season rewards and I bought the ultimate edition. Can’t access any of the extras you’re supposed to get with it. My friends on PC are fine. No issues.
I have the same issue on PS5. I bought the ultimate edition, but I have no access to the new cosmetics, nor has it given me the 3000 platinum.
I have tried restarting the game and the console, restored licenses and created a Spiritborn character but nothing worked.
Also, there were some free cosmetics at the store, but when I tried to get them, I got error codes like 333600 and 332017. At some point it accepted the trade, but none of the items was unlocked in the mirror.
What is going on with this game? I came back to play after a long time away and it’s in worse state than when I left it!
