The freebies will be delivered to your inventory right? But it seems no where to be found.

Your freebies can be found in the wardrobe and the Stable. The Wardrobe items you have is most likely the wolf pup backpack. That is in the Items section of the Wardrobe. The Stable/Mount items will be unlocked after you complete the story far enough to unlock mounts.
The Battle Pass will not unlock until Season 1 starts next month.
