Title, basically.
Constantly glancing down to monitor when I get a Condemnation proc can be a bit dangerous, given the circumstance.
Would rather be able to just align it above my head for easy reference.
I’m sure it has more benefits for others, but this is basically the crux of my entire request.

Blizzard needs to add markers that appear above your character…ideally, customizable, so you can set them to pop up with any skill/CD of your choice.
