Friend is having an issue where only the life/ resource globes are loading and nothing else. He’s restarted, waited in queue, and same issue. he can’t click or keybind anything either. Anyone see this and know a fix?

my friend is having the same issues, no skill bar/exp bar, no backgrounds for inventory, settings, or map, and he is unable to change any settings that have a check box toggle.
He’s trying to repair the game (in queue now post repair), I’ll let you know if it does anything, but if anyone finds anything, please let me know!
Updated GPU drivers. Will provide more info if it resolved the problem.
No UI is loading on first character playable area after the cutscene. Just seeing untextured tiles and blackspace. Unable to be interacted with afterwards. Trying repairing and requeuing currently.
Made it in after the repair and now am missing all the UI textures except for the Health/Mana bulbs, and XP bar.
We found a potential solution!!! Lower your resolution, change graphic settings, etc. He lowered his down to low and got it to work!
I tried this fix (adjusting resolution) and didn’t help me at all. I’ve also tried adjusting the brightness to see if maybe the outlines just weren’t showing up, and that didn’t help either.
Did you lower the overall graphic settings, not just resolution?

Awesome! good luck in the beta! Sorry I wasn’t more clear, he was trying all kinds of settings and wasn’t 100% sure which one fixed it.
This worked for me, changed to lower resolution and also changed to low graphics settings. I think changing it to low graphics is what is fixing it though because I was able to go back to my original resolution.
It was the same for me.
Wonder if it is a specific setting causing this?
Having the exact same issue.
Someone suggested changing graphics settings. I lowered mine to Medium and my UI loaded properly. I changed it back to High afterwards and all was still there for a moment. HOWEVER, after trying to play I went back into menu just to see that the UI is not loaded correctly anymore, and had to put it back down to medium in order to get the UI to work properly.
I was having the same issue. Play with the shadow quality (mine on medium did the trick). Try disabling the last 3 boxes at the bottom of the graphics option, that also worked for me.
For anybody playing open beta and having this issue, go to settings and adjust graphics level to a lower quality. This made all my textures load and fixed all issues.
try to fix this by running repair/scan updating graphic drivers and unistalling deleting folder and re installing game now game will not start back up getting a fernis 830E45BA-F19A-4A18-A673-8EDE44096687 code 
Same thing here! Lowering the graphic settings to Low solved the problem, but I couldn’t experience the game at higher settings
