I try my best to not complain, But I have done 10 tier 30+ dungeons today since the march of the goblins started and I havent seen a single greed shrine or treasure goblin… This can’t be intended.
Also, The accessibility of this game really needs some work- I have played every season leveling atleast 3-4 characters to 90+ and I have never seen a mythic unique item drop. Also, how are people creating characters that can solo level 200 uber bosses- and when I ask them what build they’re using, they all never respond. What is the secret to getting to all the end game matieral? Is it like a secret society of uber gamers that play till their eyes bleed?
I loathe to play this card but I am disabled, have been for over 20 years now and I cannot play as hard or as intensely as others, the greatest rewards of the game should be accessible to all.
That’s odd. I have a new level 30 Barb in WT2 Helltides and we had been chasing a gazillion of goblins. They are quite tough to kill at our power level but it’s fun chasing them and getting loot for leveling.
Then I switched to my level 100 Barb in WT4 helltides. I just roamed around and saw a bunch of goblins too.
It’s all RnG. I never got one since S0 to S4 even though I have purposely farmed for mats and spent more time back then. But with S5 I am getting a lot of Ubers running solo. I got two from running with a group. On top of that I have about 8 characters level 100 and that means 8 sparks which is guaranteed Uber.
First key is to follow a meta build if you want the easy path. Check YouTube or Google it.
Second key is stick with your favorite build and slowly improve its gear. Eventually you will be able to solo Uber bosses specially when your gear is fully upgraded.
I tried both paths and it all worked for me.
NMD for solo players is not really efficient regarding goblins.
I did 2 helltides after trying NMD and it felt a bit better. You often find a goblin and its death is proccing another goblin.
Funny thing is, all NMD sigils i found in helltides were with “extra shrines”.
Run dungeons with extra shrines. Its how you clean up. You are hoping to hit a cursed greed shrine in which case its GG. You also level ur glyph this way and get up to 3 fear a map.
If you aren’t going to go look up a build (and I suggest not doing that) then pick your favorite class and skill and build everything around it. I mean your not going to kill any bosses with a teleport sorc or a poison trap rogue. So you do have to work within the confines of skills that actually do dmg. Pick your favorite Core skill and go from there. Most core skills can be scaled enough to kill ubers to some degree or another. Or scroll the aspects and see what pops out as fun or interesting to you. Or look up uniques and build around one of those.
It’s more than just your gear. Always be tweaking your passives and paragon as you go too. Get a nice upgrade that also has +armor on it? Go pull all your armor nodes out and dump them into something more useful. Feeling pretty tanky? Dump some defensive passive/skills and pump some more dmg.
As far as gear goes. Temper and masterwork! Temper are extremely powerful (often so much so that an amazing piece of gear, with a bad temper roll, will be wwwaaayyy worse than a bad piece of gear with a good temper roll. Always be tempering even slight downgrades or side-grades. It can turn into an upgrade real quick. Masterwork … even the ‘meh’ pieces. Do all of your gear. I know 5% stat increase doesn’t sound like much. But 5% on every piece adds up quick and makes a noticeable difference. And that’s just 1/12 on every piece.
You gotta just craft sigils and trash the ones that don’t say extra shrines and just run extra shrine ones also you don’t have to run super high level ones you just have to run what ever make the goblins lvl 100

I just road through Helltide and ran across atleast 5 and when i killed him he spawned 2 more everytime.
World Boss spawns goblins with extra loot bags also.
Swimming through gear drops.
What is consensus for gobs?

I have had to kill hundreds of goblins today. No joke.
Helltides by far for me so far.
Just running a couple Helltides I was amazed by the goblins I found so far, L95.
Staying around blood maiden or random wandering?
Nobody likes dungeon greed shrine farm with extra shrines? I had it happen my first and it was double bonkers.
Wandering around. Just keep an eye on your minimap. They are all over the place.
Out of curiosity, what class are you playing? Knowing this would help us suggest some strong builds for you 
Had the dungeon affix with extra shrines and actually there was no shrines in the nightmare dungeon lol
