During the kill Urivar main story quest the cut scene plays through and after once play starts again he disapears and I cannot finish the quest. If i log out of the game and log back in the quest starts over and i start outside the camp and the same thing happens over and over.
Im currently Paladin level 70 and Paragon 180 or so. Fully geared.
Ive tried restarting the dungeon does nothing, killing all the minons in the dungeon.
Ive also just sat there letting small Aura damage kill him over several minutes so to not kill him to fast and let his whole dialog go through.
Ive tried changed gear, Abilities, and Torment level.
So I dont know what to do please help.

He spawns for the fight and when he is almost dead the cut screen takes place. After the cutscene it still says to kill him but his body is just gone kinda there but not clickable laying on the ground.
Holy light aura small damage is what was slowly killing him.
I have taken out that auras, and no judgement abilities. I only attacked him with the core skill holy lance and the Basic skill Advance. That still didn’t work.
Then i tried again with only letting Raheir attack him till the cut scene. and still same soft lock unable to complete problem.
I watched what is so posted to happen via youtube. Directly after the cutscene happens he should be kneeling with approx 1hp or so, you attack him one last time and he dies. But for me he is already lying on the ground dead. I did not attack him. I did not over kill him. I have nothing that would hit him.
New attempt… Now I let the fight last about 2 minutes. Took out all my abilites accept Advance, All my gear except a regular sword, put the diffuctly back down to normal. Still the same problem he just keels over dead without me touching him and i cannot advance the story.
I wasn’t far behind my Paladin with a Barbarin character. So i grinded out and caught up. Now here is the kicker. I beat the Udivar fight no problem with a Barb…… Whats wrong with my Paladin ???
