Hi, I have a Melted Heart of Selig amulet that dropped from Duriel. As it is an Uber unique it should have max roll on all stats but, for movement speed it is a low roll. Who can I contact to rectify this issue?

Mine was just 2.5% off thou. Maybe they made it less uber to boost drop rate.
