Can someone the F explain why “the hardest” boss in the game has 0 (ZERO) loot?

To be honest, i killed one time this season, for achievment and seasonal progression and there is no purpose to do it again. Lilith sux from the beginning

She has been there since launch and the encounter was not designed to give you anything, just as an optional challenge. Rod kinda implied at that time that they had nothing for end game so they just put her there so players had something to do.
Duriel however, was designed as the final part of the end game system dropped in S2 and that’s why he’s completely different to Lilith. Duriel was also designed to be farmable so he’s far easier to kill.
Yep same,got the title got the horse done the seasonal rubbish but no loot
First time i’ve ever been able to kill her,and i hope its the last absolute rubbish fight with rubbish mechanics
