I just killed Uber Lilith for the second time, first on my rogue (preseason) and just now on my Barbarian (seasonal), neither time did the Bloody Liquid Steed drop. 1.1.1 “*Fixed an issue where the Bloody Liquid Steed was not always rewarded after defeating Echo of Lilith.” did not work apparently.

I have the same issue. Killed her solo pre-season and got a mate to kill her for me twice today, she only dropped a couple of legendaries on the ground and nothing else, second time 0 items on the ground, nothing in stash nothing at stablemaster. I have the screenshots to prove it. This is tons of time and resources wasted, and I’m definitely not be trying to get the kill again if the reward is unattainable…
I got a response to my support ticket about this stating the following:
“You should be able to select the achievement in game and claim your reward from there! :D”
I don’t see a way to claim any rewards from the Challenges interface, am I missing something?

I understand that you’re reaching out regarding a missing mount. There was a bug preventing the mount from being obtained by players who died after the fight was over though that appears to have been resolved. You should be able to select the achievement in game and claim your reward from there!

Please forgive my poor English.
On August 9, I was able to defeat Lilith and got the achievement, but I did not get the mount.
Today(August 18) I beat Lilith again, but there was no mount.
This time I am not dead.
It says “You should be able to select the achievement in the game and claim your reward from there” but I don’t know how to do that.
I’m having trouble because the Japanese forum doesn’t even exist.

To sum up: for certain accounts, Uber Lilith will not drop the mount no matter how many times you kill her, and the GMs are saying that you can claim the mount from achievements so this is a non-issue. However, this is nonsense since you CAN’T claim any rewards from the challenges interface in the current version of the game.
So basically, the reward is currently unobtainable for a number of players and Blizzard refuses to acknowledge this.

Regarding this mount inquiry, this is a known issue that the developers are investigating - we don’t have any workarounds or resolutions to provide at this time. Happened to me too, killed her today, was super excited, but the mount didnt dropped, killed her 3 more times… still didnt drop
killed lillith twice but also didn’t a mount drop. Also blizz game master said they werent aware of a problem -.-

I was able to investigate this for you, but I could not find any verified known issues that are being worked on.
Because issues in Diablo IV can only be investigated by the developers and the game
The reason the developers ask for those reports on the forums is not only for the community to come together to discuss them (as sometimes they aren't bugs) but also it shows how many players are actively reporting it and how much they're effected by it.
Those reports, in my experience from seeing it on the other side, are vital to getting these bugs fixed by the developers, so please do report that forward. The other reason is because many aspects of the game are determined only by the servers (the customer support team cannot manually adjust them), but the developers can implement fixes for them to trigger correctly, depending on the issue.

I just logged back in to d4 after taking a break and tried to claim from the achievements page…Ummm…Na it still isn’t there blizzard. This and many other issues are why one of the best selling games of the year has one of the lowest concurrent player counts right now. The highest reward/activity in the game is buggy and the reward unattainable for many who have completed it. @dimebog They wont even respond to my ticket…not even some auto generated response lol
The mount has been rewarded retroactively with the latest patch, so the issue seems to be resolved.
It literally just happened to me so no it was not resolved.
So I beat Lilth got the ledgendary drops but no mount, 11/11/23, so there is no fix for this as of yet.
I am having the same problem. It’s 2025 now & this issue has still not been resolved, regardless of what others have said. Checked everywhere this mount could possibly be. Absolutely nothing.
Confirmed that the bug still exists as of March 2025.
