After changing my build, leveling up new glyphs to 21, and replacing most of my items, I finally got to the point in which I can kill Uber Lilith!
One would expect her to drop ultra super duper uniques, and indeed the first time I killed her I got some loot (2 useless legendaries and some useless titles).
Since then, every time I killed her all I got were POTIONS. Needless to say she’s already dead and there are no monsters anywhere around.
Can anyone explain the logic to why Uber Lilith drops potions instead of actual loot when she dies? What’s the incentive to continue killing her?

A game of many different individual parts that have no connection between the parts or logic installed into each part to make players want to come back for more. This is what happens when you outsource or have too many cooks in the pot.
Simple concepts/longstanding gaming rules were completely thrown out the window. The harder content should be significantly more rewarding than easier content. End game content should be present and replayable. None of that is really present here. This game is a live service that plays like a beta single player game and earned its 2/10 metacritic rating.

Her mount is the most underwhelming there is.
I was riding my Lilith mount and someone with the Ultimate edition mount ran past me with rose peddles coming off their much better looking version.
At a minimum there needs to be a blood trail or hoofprints of blood when riding around on it.

Nothing to explain here, logic is banned at Blizzard offices.
To answer your queation … Blizzard has not yet managed to hire the right amount of developers to come up with this idea.
At least 15000 devs are needed. Give them time
