Tyraels might stops working every time an enemy does damage to me. I am using a Druid and the only way to reenable it, is to use blood howl. Trying to push higher tier pit runs with this happening non stop is beyond frustrating. Please look into and fix.

You made a bug report on an item that is doing exactly what it says it does. You’d know that if you read the tool tip lol. And it wasn’t snarky - I called you friend!

What this means is that the entire item stops working, not just the legendary power.
I have the same problem.
for example, I’m with my rogue right in front of Duriel, while I have max life I can withstand all his attacks including poison, once he takes some of my life, apart from stopping firing the holy arrows, it also feels like he loses the affixes of resistance to all damage and elements, so you become a lvl 1 char fighting against Duriel lvl 200.
I think they should review this object carefully.
