What makes Tyrael’s Might “flat” damage scale? Some kind of affix? I intend to use it as a sorcerer.

Even knowing it may be not worth at all for my character (frozen orb sorc), I wanna try it.
I can make the armor, just missing the gold. Gonna farm it and do it just to see how it turns out, since i have a good amount of pure damage affixes in character.

i use it on my barb just for the elemental resistance/damage reduction , doubt you can scale it tho.
i still use it in pit110 with selig amulet and shaco
I had the same thought and crafted on last night. You give up to much armor and become to squishy. At least FO build.
Super fun to play with outside of pit but its an expensive crafted toy.
The bolts do scale but not an omg i-win item.
yeah it’s a pretty nice addition with the bolt elixir but doubt it can be better than that
Absolutely. TM + holy bolt + shrine is super super exciting but you still are squishy
i don’t feel squishi at all when i use it as a barb , quite the opposite but guess if you play sorc it would make sense especially if you’re not using the perma invincibilty build
Yeah on barb it works well. On sorce frozen orb build not so much.
ye sorc state is kinda sad in D4 , haven’t tried them since S0 but it felt so bad to have to play with double shield + teleport
Sorc is fun to play and I like the mobility. Everyone has there playstyle preference for esample I couldnt get into the necro.
oh i agree sorc is very fun but its scaling lategame is kinda annoying.
but i had a lot of fun with pure fire mage builds , wish they were viable in pit.
Flat dmg powers scale with weapon damage, just like Dust Devils and the like.

Well most builds can do 61 which is the only level that matters. I am soloing 70s still upgrading gear but in groups I can do 90s.
The single target boss fight is where I struggle in higher pits but pit level is just to test your gear/build/skill post 61.
ye had the same problem with my pulverise druid , worked pretty nice till pit61 then i had to swap build
It’s because Sorc needs a +Armor roll and I think Frozen Orb likes it on Chest slot.
You’d just have to suck it up and roll it on something else.
Tbh im sure my build i tend not to follow a guide until i feel im ready to lol.
I still have masterworking to do.

I’m very sad about the sorcerer. Now more than ever it seems like the game was made for barbarians. I think it’s better to craft a grandfather and use it with a barbarian or necro.
