Twitch drops claimed but not arriving in linked account

I recently claimed a few “drops” from the Twitch promotion for the first week and for gifting subs. I’ve “claimed” them from within my Twitch account and verified that my Battle.net and Twitch account were connected using the authenticator. The Twitch page says items have been claimed but they have not shown up in game. How do we resolve this issue?

Items are:
Guise of the Tombkeeper,
Guise of the Grand Vizier,
Wrangler’s Hook Scythe,
Ringmaster’s Word Staff,
Glory of the Victor Mount,
Ghost of the Conquered Mount .

One of the last two is the armor for the mount.

I’m also not seeing a way to open tickets in Blizzard Support anymore. Seems like it would be more useful than a forum post.

Same here… Cant find any of claimed twitch items

same thing for me, I also tried disconnecting the twitch account from battle.net and reconnecting it but nothing is wrong.

thought the same, till some of those are class specific.
