Twitch drop not showing in game after claiming

Dear Blizzard Support Team,

I recently claimed the Belial’s Twitch drop for Diablo IV, but it has not appeared in my inventory or stash. I’ve verified that my Twitch account is linked to my Battle.net account and checked my Twitch Drops Inventory to confirm the claim. Despite restarting the game, the item is still missing.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if there are any additional steps I should take.

Same here. My drop isnt showing either and it’s been 7 days. I opened a ticket for this and was told to submit a Bug Report instead. * US104653908
