Trying to refund for login error 315306

I understand errors are expected during betas, that’s cool but I’m not sitting through another 88 minute queue just to get the same error code 315306. So, since many of us can’t even play what we really pre-ordered for how the hell do I refund this.

I’m close to getting to point where I’ll be asking this question, too. It’s been 6 hours and I’ve gotten to play all of 10mins of stuttering D4, while the rest of the time I’ve spent in q. Ridiculous.

I am done wasting time for tonight, but I also dont want to request a refund until I have lost the whole weekends beta. At that point I feel I should be able to request a refund based on access being blocked. Also I would be gutted to find out tomorrow that the issue was fixed :slight_smile:
