Yes. Its in the shop. There were 3 wepons for free which I claimed when VoH launched.

You buy the promo trolli gummy worms or whatever candy it is and you get a code for some skins

There have been promos in the past that were not available in Canada, like the KFC promos.
I haven’t gotten anything either. Even emailed the trolli support guys and all they said was to contact blizzard.
