Tried Dark Citadel solo, now stuck cause it doesn't reset when in a party

So I tried to do the first DS raid solo. It of course didn’t work because I couldn’t get past the traps. Now when I join a party the dungeon isn’t reset, so the party can’t progress.

try going in a different Torment someone in my group had that issue so we switched from t4 to t3 and it reset for them
