As the title suggests, using tributes in the Undercity does not provide any kind of loot most times. Like, zero loot.
Same for me. Actually when I use Seething Opal of Socketables anywhere, I have ran for 1 hour (used 2 - a back to back). I did not get any Runes and my Reoutation did not increase!
