Except for refinement and legendary ones, the rest are not worth their time by the time you have decent gear and get to t3 or t4. Improve them!
How? Simple. allow us to convert them to legendary ones or improve their drops.
its not just the under city tributes. The loot in T4 is a joke all around. Every item in T4 should be atleast a 1 star GR. What am i going to do with a 750 item that i cant even master work past 8? It wont even have a max roll aspect. The only reason to be in T4 is for more exp. Any other increased loot / mythic drop rate they claim isnt any more apparent than just running any other difficulty.
