Tributes count as sigils

Just a headsup - If you use the salvage sigils option “all sigils”:

All of your Tributes will be destroyed aswell. I hope this will be fixed in the future!

wow thanks for the heads up. That’s bad. Especially since they’re listed in the consumable category, not keys with the sigils.

Spread the word folks, so people dont lose their Opals!

Unless you want to lose both opals and tributes (those are also sigils), I strongly recommend favoriting them the instant you first get them. That way future additions to the stack(s) will retain the favorite status and prevent being salvaged.

That is indeed the way to go. I hope this will be seen by a lot of people so it gets on Blizzards radar

no they don’t. but the Undercity thingies do.

I should know because i salvaged all sigils yesterday and the Undercity thingies also vanished. but my opals stayed where they are

Mine was showing that it could. I checked and it did allow salvaging. It doesn’t do so now, so it’s possible it was a very short lived bug with one of the numerous patches so far. Tributes definitely need to be favorited though unless you want to have to run other things for the chance to regain them after the oopsie.

My mistake, i meant the tributes of course - not the opals

/edit fixed the topic-name

And here I was irritated because I used a legendary tribute for ancestral items and my Undercity run gave me a grand total of TWO items and a manual.

just lost a TON of tributes due to this, beyond annoyed >.<
