I’m trying to use my tributes for Undercity, but they all seem blackened out and unusable. Is this happening to anyone else? By the way, I completed all the quests for Undercity and have been farming Undercity for days using tributes.
Have you done all of the undercity quest chain to unlock the full city? AFAIK even if you had tributes, you can’t use them until you’ve unlocked all wings of the city.
