Nothing indicates that tributes count as sigils and there is no way to craft tributes. Just lost a TON of tributes including unique tributes. If I can salvage them, I should be able to craft them.

same here, that’s unfair.
Just salvaged about 50 rare/legendary tributes due miss clicking all sigils and thinking I hit all junk. Unfortunately there’s no way to recover them. Lost compasses and the two nightmare dungeon keys I intended to junk salvage. This mistake hurts…
