Last night a few guys and i did around 5-6 tribute of radiance, not a single of us got a passive rank on the amulet. I was upset initially at host for not putting on the right bargain, but then his friend opened one and everyone triple checked that it was passive ranks.

I did these the seasons before and i got the passive rank. In one case even an passive i wanted.
You should report it in the bug section and not here. Or maybe per ticket.
they day before the patch it worked fine but not last night where is the bug section?
Blizzard ticket service, the best way i think is google in this case.

This was bugged for a better portion of last season. The workaround was to have one person blast it then have the rest teleport into the room just outside the boss. Not sure if it will work for this season.
