After running a Tribute of Ascendance (Resolute) as a group of 4 on Torment 4, the chest dropped nothing for no one in party. The chest did drop a few mats, but no items or gear at all.

Did two Undercity runs. One with Tribute of Ascendance (Resolute) and another with Tribute of Ascendance (United). Got zero pieces of gear for both runs, only crafting material that was auto picked up.
