I logged into Diablo 4 today to find that my death speaker transmog outfit is glitched and won’t allow me to switch any of my outfits at all, I only ask simply if there is a way to correct this issue within a timely manner if possible.

I experienced the same issue with the newest necro cosmetics purchased from the shop. This morning when I logged in, my guy appeared naked, unable to change outfits. 
It’s weird and they aren’t in the shop anymore, neither is the new barbarian cosmetic they had in there it’s just frustrating when you pay for it and something goes wrong.
I would definitelly ask for refund, based on the payment
Also having this problem as well as my shop cosmetic purchase no longer showing up
