I have the same issue but on PS5, as do many others as you know. I don’t think it’s on Blizzard’s radar, I have tried to figure out how to actually contact them about it but everything just ends up back here in the Forum where we just tell each other about the bugs in the game apparently. Customer service doesn’t exist.
