Transmog - ensemble bug

Necro - VoH installed. Purchased some skins. Tried to save as an ensemble. Cannot change my appearance. Stuck looking like basic gear. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing works.

Blizzard. Please acknowledge this. There have been many posts about this on multiple social media groups.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have the same issue but on PS5, as do many others as you know. I don’t think it’s on Blizzard’s radar, I have tried to figure out how to actually contact them about it but everything just ends up back here in the Forum where we just tell each other about the bugs in the game apparently. Customer service doesn’t exist.
