I’m really annoyed by current trade situation. Due to ultra trash drop rates on apparently everything (beside gem fragments) I’m kinda forced to use trade to actually optimize my build.
But there is a problem - I’m required to use 3rd party sites as an auction house. Also I need to post my items there, and manually manage every single trade deal. So basically we have half-assed trade that is being made as painful for the user as it can possibly be, with entire world chat being spammed with WTB and WTS. I would even like to sell some of my stuff that maybe other people would use, but I refuse to speak with people all day long to bargain. I just don’t want to do this.
This is 95% single player game, why the hell trade even exists in the first place? Without trade you would actually have more people teamplaying, because each one of them has to gear themselves, so boss/dungeon farming would be more important. Also builds would be less ridiculous with every Maxroll build being geared in multiple mythics and 2GA eq with highest possible roll and rarest possible affixes being GA, and each of this build assumes that every average Joe will spend their life on the trade market after buying gold from farmer.
Buff drop rates so everyone gears themselves OR give us auction house, so I can just post my item to sale, and just buy item if I see one rather than wondering who and how will try to screw me or if he will even respond to PM or whatever.
