Happy Saturday blizzard, another day that trade chat is still not working. I know that you guys have a lot of bugs to fix, but this has been an ongoing issue now for months. What’s the status on this? I work in IT, and I have lots of friends who work in IT, I bet we could get this figured out in a week. Think about it we will work for free to get this solved. And i’ll throw in some sweet 4GA items and gold, it’s a win win.

it’s been working for me on ps5 since the new season began.
Thought it was fixed, i guess i got lucky? not sure, but i’ll report here if it stops working

Replying in support. I’m on PS4 and trade chat wasn’t working yesterday. A friend is on PS5 and confirmed it doesn’t work for him either. Specifically, the trade chat window is blank and every time we type something and hit send (square button), the text just disappears and doesn’t appear in the chat window.

It worked the first day of season for me but next day and onwards was back to not working.
My trade chat is not working either on PC. All I can do is clan chat. Sucks because I was looking for help to take out Lilith.
WTF, worked all season, 1st time in 3 seasons, ive not had to logoff login logoff login… since yesterday, mine not working. I just read a post about disabling Trade chat, save, relog, then ’ Enable trade chat, save, relog. Im trying that now, will update. For the love of SANCTUARY, fix this!!

I’ve tried opening up tickets with blizzard and they send me useless info on how to turn trade chat on and off, and the same steps if tried like a 1000 times. Blizzard doesn’t care about ps5 trade chat which is a shame. They just ignore us players even though many of us have complained.

I’m having the same issue with trade chat being invisible. I constantly have to log out and back in to get it to work again. Very annoying, been happening for months and I hope it gets fixed soon

Hi, It is a shame that you can’t fix this kind of issue and you are telling us that this is a cross-platform game. I tried to Go to settings to disable/re-enable the trade channel. This trick worked 2-3 times only.

Games been out a year and its been a persistent issue. They either don’t care or are that incompetent.

It’s the second year anniversary of trade chat not working.
It’s ridiculous. It’s an online game, for while console users need to pay an annual premium to play .
At this point, it’s a completely solo game. You can’t chat, trade, group or communicate with other players due to such a simple big and easy fix.
Still not solved and blizzard don’t care. Disgusting.
If the store was down for a day, unable to make real works purchases, it would be fixed tomorrow.
Console is low priority. Time to find new games to spend money on

i had normal local chat and clan chat not working the other day too
How can this still a problem after all this time. not working for me either. But relogging other characters fix the problems sometimes, reinstalling game worked some times, takes long tho.
Trade chat on PS5 hasn’t been working for months, just curious why Blizzard doesn’t seem to care at all that players are missing out on part of the game with no mention or attempt to fix the problem??

ive noticed that every single bug report post seems to never have any blizzard support agents responding to any of the topics its frustrating maybe they are reading the posts and just silenting adding them to the to do for the devs but it seems like they are just flat out ignoring bug reports

Can confirm that this is still an issue on PS5.
When I play from my PC, it works flawlessly, but from PS5 its crickets.
Makes it hard to interact…
Super annoying that it’s still a problem, if they can’t fix it explains yet again why they struggle with this game.
Also the lack of response only fuels frustration
