After the battle w/ Astaroth, my town portal doesn’t work in Cerrigar, but I can us the waypoint on the map w/ no issue.

Can confirm this for mysef and my wife, on separate computers and separate accounts.
After the battle with Astaroth, there are gitches with Cerrigar in general, including portal bugs – “Cannot teleport to player” when attempting to teleport FROM Cerrigar, and interaction bugs with stash and wardrobe in the city.
Once leaving the city, or trying to portal to the other from any other main city, the teleporters work fine.
same problem here. Locks me out of my stash or from portaling from dungeons to empty my bags so I can pick up the rest of my loot. I have 3 quests to complete and the turn in is in Cerrigar. I also can’t even walk there. I seem to hit an invisible at every entrance. So I tried something and it worked . What i did was go to the northern entrance to cerrigar and hit the invisible wall trying to enter, exited the game and reloaded it and i was able to continue on through the entrance to
cerrigar.
