I don’t think it will but the PTR kinda messed up more than a few things
First of all they wanted to hide a bit too much from/in it, and secondly the one thing that they said they got feedback on for S14 which is 2 fixed affixes for Uniques wasn’t included
IDK about others but that to me was a “deal breaker” tbh, yes I overreacted early but it’s a deal-breaker still..

I don’t think I recall a time when everyone was unanimous in thinking a particular season would turn the game around for the majority who have already left. If anything I would say it’s been quite the contrary. Unless you mean a different type of eclipse? Because all I’ve seen is doom and gloom before every season.
I feel like this is a whimsical post because we have an actual solar eclipse today over the atlantic ocean.

Cant possibly be as bad as S14 because of season of 
. Oh wait yes it can because are coming back apparently!
- Ambushes take forever and give nearly nothing.
- Challenge dungeons are disruptive and feel empty. You dont exit where you enter.
- Some of the new uniques are just awful.
- Only 8 splinters and we can use 5 of them with leoric? Easily bypassed penalties. Its better than nothing though which is what we got for S13.
- Leoric helm if it doubles splinters make heir change look foolish.
Blizzcon better be amazing or we are in some troubs again!
Bright spot = I like the warlock buffs and anti clunk.

I imagine the playerbase will hobble along with this one same as before, might even get a little rush of excitement based on the Blizzcon showings and whatever the “secret” S15 additions turn out to be. The killer for me is that the actual items, those things that are supposed to help us define our builds, the things we’re hunting for the entire time we play, those have been left to stagnate since the game’s launch and haven’t had any meaningful improvements over the course of 3 years and 2 expansions. Larger scalars don’t do a darned thing for gameplay as such and it’s a shame that the devs seem so oblivious to this. If anything eventually kills my interest in logging on, it will be that problem left unaddressed. 
All the hype is running on Blizzcon now. Ambushes and challenge dungeons are not going to do it.
