I used tornado for leveling and early torment, damage is so low it matches and basic skill damsge output, also tornados just roaming around specialy on single target, tried a lot of things…it needs to buffed, the % base is ultra low, make it at least viable build or to perform like dust devils not to roam around so much and stay close to the desired target
