So I did 2 x rotations of Tormented Duriel.
I now have to compare the items to one another to decide which to keep:

4 Tempest Roar
6 Soulbrands
6 Tibaults Will
4 Flickerstep
8 Xfals Corroded Signet
4 Banished Lords Talisman
3 Dolmen Stone
Who at Blizzard thought this would be a great idea?
Also comparing masterworked items to non master worked items… Is not possible. How about comparing bases to bases.
This game has so much money behind it and they managed to F*** some parts up so much that its going to take years to get back to a decent/great game experience and QoL.
On the other side. Visual effects and sound in this game is out of this world great.
And what particular thing you are not happy with?
Uber unique (mythical) have fixed set of values (+ possible GA)
Standard unique have range of value’s + possible GA
If you are complaining that in S4 unique are mostly useless compare to tempering+masterworking -than yes, I will agree with you MOST of unique no viable for top tier builds
Well, let’s say I’m torn on this one
If Tormented Bosses gain a reduction in Loot drops, then so should the Blood Maiden, if Blood Maiden gains a reduction in loot drops people won’t do her and just go and open HT chests anyway
This is more of a quality-based issue rather than a quantitative one
On the other hand the TB runs aren’t designed to be repeated many times (like 10-15 times a season maybe), that’s why they’re relatively expensive in terms of required mats
So if you do a TB run say 10-15 times a season - are 100 items in total-ish really THAT much ? 
The bigger issue (IMO) is that there aren’t other types of items (or doesn’t even have to be items, let them be sockets, temper scrolls, whatever) to compete with the potential mythical stuff that may or may not drop

Probability is still something around 2% (ready you need about 50 unique drops to see single uber unique). Tormented Zir drop 6, tormented Duriel 4-5 that’s why everyone religiously buying blood stacks and farming Maiden (for blood mind you not anything else). “Technically” you need ~7 tormented Zir runs or 12 tormented Duriel runs per 1 uber. I am not sure that farming matts for Zir THAT much faster
you need 27 blood and 2 stigian stones per run. Maiden drop 1 blood, rarely 3, even if you playing Barb that can 1-shot maiden you still have timer before she spawn, so how many bloods per hour you can produce?
The amount of uniques that drop and clutter our inv + stash + takes time to compare which is worth keeping. Yes if they dont have GA they might not be worth keeping.
For some people wanting to try new builds they will keep non GA uniques.
We are getting showered with loot in the meta where we have to be in 4 man party to kill tormented bosses to not miss out on 400% loot.
The loot is extremely overwhelming. Thats my point.
