Just wondering because I can’t find a definitive answer online anywhere - are the drop chances for uber uniques the same across all tormented (level 200) bosses, or do tormented Duriel/Andariel have a higher chance to match their base versions?
No one but the devs actually know. Players can only derive answers from statistical probabilities and those are likely quite flawed.

I think the drop chance Is same for all bosses, some bosses like Lord Zir simply drops more items unless it got patched, So in thoery his drop rates are the best for farming Uber uniques
As somebody who has run hundreds of Tormented bosses (each of them at least a hundred times) I can say confidently, without any doubt, that I have no idea.

Tormented bosses drop more items. This is the increased chance overall. But nobody knows for sure!
The drop chance for regular durial is roughly 2 percent from data gathered from testing, Andy is prob the same as durial I would assume that when they gave the other bosses an increased chance that they didn’t make it as high as durial so there prob like 1 percent make if tormented durial and Andy like 10 percent and the other one like 5 percent
