Was playing in a 4 man group earlier and got tormented Andariel down to her last phase and somehow she got stuck behind the fog gate that we entered her room through. We could not damage her and we could stand right beside her without taking damage ourselves. We ultimately had to run into the spinning fire to kill ourselves to reset.
