are the armour and mount they showed on stream a drop from boss or the weekly reward i have ran 6 full citadels in t4 and not one cosmetic.
they are rewarded from getting the t4 achievement. i got mine

I completed the DC on T4 today with a mate and we did another 4 - 5 wing repeats. Seems like most of the cosmetics have a very low chance to drop after defeating each wing boss.
From all our clears today I got one polearm cosmetic and my mate got a glaive and pants. The pants weren’t even from the T4 set…
Unfortunately it seems you’ll have to be grinding the DC for a long time to get the complete set.

I have fully cleared all three wings in T4 several times and got the achievement, but did not get the mount, only some player titles. It does seem to be a rare and random drop. So far, I got the hat and glaive cosmetics only after half a dozen full 3-wing clears. Very poor drop rate, it seems, sigh…
The helm looks either silly or cool depending upon your taste. I think it looks silly, so naturally I immediately equipped it.
To get the mount you need to go to Kurast and drop the stupid head of the boss on the plaza 
Do cosmetics only have a chance to drop once a week? Or can you repeatedly farm them?
I played with people who had more then 1 from the t4 set last week. I got the helmet on my 1st clear and did 50 more boss kills after that without anything… today I got nothing on my first full clear after the reset, but I got the polearm after round about 20 more boss kills.
So it seems to be farmable on a Uber unique drop rate, like 1 or 2 in 100 boss kills.
I think that’s the cat mount that everyone can get, even in Torment 1. They might be referring to the horse mount we saw on the campfire chat.
30 boss kills only got the cat armour this is insane
i got the barding and the headpiece plus chestpiece i believe. got a staff and mace cosmetic
