so made a build that can do torment 4 which was suppose to be “aspirational” content and not mandatory to the game come to find out the cosmetics for dark citadel drop rate is terrible i have ran citadel for over 12 hours just back to back running wings and there is no reason to why they are so rare either they are buggy or set to darn high to drop

Pretty sure the cosmetic drop rates are as low as uber uniques this season. I farmed the DC with a mate for about 5 hours and CBF doing it anymore, it was awesome the first few runs but then got stale real quick. I’ll just come back during the weekly cache resets and hope I get lucky.
I’ve also had a similar experience. I’ve had clan members in my group drop them back to back on chests and bosses. I have had a few weapons, but the armour just does not drop.
Today I have done 7 back to back with not a single thing.
